Employing a Systems Engineering approach, ACCSEAS is a phased programme to recognise problem areas and determine solutions using the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) e-Navigation concept and European initiatives such as e-Maritime.

The ACCSEAS programme consists of eight interrelated Work Packages.WP1 (Project Management) and WP2 (Publicity and Communications) ensure smooth running of the project and engagement of external stakeholders that is crucial for project success.
